The LEAD Roofer is an essential part of Amy's Roofing and Solar Operations team.

Amy’s Roofing and Solar, a fast-growing family owned business based in Petaluma is seeking a full-time roofing foreman who has experience in roofing quality work, in all or some roofing systems like shingles, tile, single ply or torch down. This position will require taking responsibility for the overall safety, quality and timing of the job. We offer benefits and excellent pay rates starting at $35/hr. We have year-round work available. This is a great opportunity to escalate quickly as a skilled roofing professional doing only quality work.

We serve the residential roof sectors including homes, HOA’s, Apartments, and more. We are looking for individuals willing to learn and improve themselves daily by doing the best job possible to leave no room for complaints from the customer. Strong work ethic is necessary to be part of this team as well as strong core values such as integrity, honesty, respect, teamwork and a positive attitude to assist coworkers and or supervisors. $35-$43 Depending On Performance, or 60,000-80,000 Full Time salary

Salaried option includes medical, retirement and bonus structure, sick days and 10 holidays per year.
