Experienced Roofer

We are a growing, locally owned roofing and solar company looking for a person with a positive attitude, clean driver's license and the ability to be on time. As an experienced roofer, you will help enable your team to successfully complete installations of residential roofing and solar. This is a huge opportunity for a motivated employee to grow with the business and play a prominent role in an exciting new company!

Duties/Responsibilities

Asphalt shingle experience required, 5+ years preferred.
Follow safety standards.
Professionally communicate with your team and employers.
Follow supervisor-lead standards and codes when installing materials.
Manage time and tasks effectively with high quality results.
Maintain a clean job site.

Required Skills/Abilities

Ability to safely handle power tools, hand tools, ladders, roofing materials along with inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries and other similar electrical equipment.
Positive learning attitude, valid Driver's License
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Bilingual - English/Spanish helpful but not required.

As an hourly employee you will receive competitive pay, depending on experience.

This position pays $35-$40/hr DOE

Generous bonus structure, depending on performance
