Job Description:
 

• Run operations for all solar installations (from site surveys to final inspections) and repair work

• Strong quality control a must.

• Enact Safety program with provided content

• Responsible for operations facilities and assets like vehicles and equipment

• Set up your install teams for success by visiting jobs, training people, creating culture

• Clear Written and Verbal Communication with Customers, Employees and Supervisors

Required Experience:

• 7+ years solar specific experience and training.

• Enthusiastic and glowing professional references.

• Team Lead or Project Management experience.

• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record

• *Bilingual a big plus*
